Decorative Radiators

  • Stocked Items: Delivery within 3-5 working days.
  • Made to Order (non-stocked) Items: Delivery between 4-6 weeks.
  • Bespoke (Made to Measure and Engineered to Order) Items: Delivery within 8 weeks (dependent on complexity of order)

Please note: Delivery window for bespoke products begins from the date templates are received and validated by manufacturing.

Comfortable Indoor Ventilation

Delivery Destinations: We deliver across the UK and collaborate with our counterparts in Zehnder Group Netherlands, Zehnder Group France, and other regions to ensure a smooth delivery process for international orders.

Decorative Radiators

  • Tetro Range (now discontinued): 15 years
  • Stainless Steel Radiators and selected Aluminium Radiators (Zehnder Aluminium Garda S90 and Zehnder Aluminium Blitz Super): 10 years
  • Steel Radiators and other Central Heating Products: 5 years
  • Electric Radiators: 2 years

Comfortable Indoor Ventilation

Business Resellers: Warranty periods can be extended for businesses reselling to end-users under specific conditions.


What’s Covered: Our warranty ensures that goods will, upon delivery, align with their description, technical specifications, any samples provided, and will be free from material defects.


Exclusions: Warranty does not typically cover factors such as wear and tear, misuse, exposure to abnormal conditions, unauthorised alterations, colour variations, issues arising from incorrect installation, and more. Always adhere to the installation and usage guidelines provided with the products.


General Conditions

  • Goods that are part of our standard stock range can be returned. However, non-stock items, as indicated in our relevant brand brochure at the time of order placement, cannot be returned.
  • If you wish to return an item, we might ask for photographic evidence before making a decision.


Return Periods

For stock goods:

  • Returns of radiator products are accepted within 8 weeks of delivery.
  • Returns of ventilation products are accepted within 6 months of delivery.


Condition of Returned Goods:

  • Goods should be in a sellable condition when returned, just as they were upon delivery.
  • If your return is accepted, we'll issue you a credit note for the value of the returned goods. However, some charges might be deducted, as explained below:

Without ordering replacements:

  • For radiator products, there is a restocking fee of 25% of the price of the returned goods, in addition to a £10 administration fee.
  • For ventilation products, there is an additional handling charge equal to 50% of the item's price.

Ordering replacements simultaneously:

  • For radiator products, the restocking fee is the lesser of £25 or 25% of the price of the returned goods, in these instances the £10 administration fee is also waived.
  • For ventilation products, if the new order's value is at least 150% of the returned product's price, the handling charge is reduced to either £25 or 15% of the returned product's value.


Deductions from Credit Notes:

  • We may deduct any charges from the credit note we issue for the returned goods.


Post-installation Returns:

  • Once you've installed the goods, it signifies acceptance of their model, colour, and finish as per the order. Such goods can't be returned due to discrepancies in these attributes, though other rights under our warranty still apply.
