Our Zehnder Care Premium package offers the most comprehensive protection for your ventilation system. It includes a full service, with replacement filters provided to cover the period until your next visit. You’ll also receive 20% off in our filter webshop, in case you need different filter types or would like to replace your filters more frequently. In addition, replacement parts are included at no extra cost, and we won’t charge for additional visits if we need to return due to a fault.

With a Zehnder Care Maintenance Package, we automatically schedule your service visit, so you can relax in the knowledge that it’s all taken care of.

No, if you have a maintenance package in place, we will contact you to arrange your maintenance visit(s).
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know by phone on +44 (0) 1276 605 800 no later than 3pm, at least 3 working days before the scheduled visit.
If we do not receive a cancellation in time, or if our technician is unable to carry out the service due to access issues, a fixed fee may apply.
You will receive an invoice from us after the technician's visit.
You may cancel your maintenance contract after the first 12 months, with one month’s notice. To cancel, please contact our Customer Service team or complete the cancellation from.
Filter replacement is included as part of every maintenance visit. Our service technicians check and replace filters to support clean, healthy indoor air and efficient system performance. Depending on your package, you may receive a complimentary filter set, or a discount on genuine Zehnder filters via our webshop. Regular filter changes help keep your ventilation system running smoothly and efficiently.
