From 29 April 2024, the UK Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure (PSTI) Act introduces essential cybersecurity measures for consumer connectable products, including smart home systems and IoT devices. At Zehnder, we are committed to adhering to these regulations to ensure the highest level of security for our customers. By complying with these standards, Zehnder continues to deliver innovative and secure indoor climate solutions, prioritising your comfort and peace of mind.

At Zehnder, we welcome reports of potential vulnerabilities in our products to ensure they remain safe and reliable.

We aim to respond to all Security Reports within the following timescales.

  • Acknowledgment of Receipt: Within 3 business days from receipt of the report
  • Status Updates: Provided every 30 days until the issue is resolved

During your vulnerability research, please ensure your actions do not harm Zehnder’s operations, services, or users. Specifically, avoid:

  • Accessing or tampering with third-party accounts or data (use test accounts only)
  • Performing denial of service attacks
  • Using spam, phishing, or social engineering techniques
  • Engaging in any unethical or illegal activities during testing

We assure you that ethical testing, as outlined above, will not result in legal action from Zehnder.
