The ventilation specification was raised at the tender stage of the project, with a brief to suppress the traffic noise caused by the development’s proximity to a major A road in order to meet the acoustic requirements of the site. Having worked with the team on many previous projects, NFS consulted them immediately when the issue of ventilation was raised. Zehnder's Greenwood EAR42W window ventilators were used throughout the development as it could ensure that high performance standards are attained.
