1. General
By taking out a maintenance subscription, you agree to the General Terms and Conditions Webshop found on the website. These terms and conditions can be consulted immediately when placing your order and form an integral part of the agreement. In addition to the General Terms and Conditions Webshop, the Zehnder Care Maintenance Service Terms of Use also apply to the maintenance subscription you take out via the website.
2. Term and Commencement Date
The maintenance subscription is entered into for an indefinite period with a frequency of 1 or 2 years, depending on the package you have chosen. The agreement commences 14 working days after receipt of the contract. If you do not cancel the subscription, it will be automatically renewed.
If the unit contains defects when the contract is concluded, repair costs are also excluded from the contract. These will be charged in addition to the maintenance costs. Defects to items that are not part of the heat recovery unit are also excluded from the contract.
If, at the time of concluding the maintenance contract, the unit is older than 4 years, Zehnder reserves the right to charge a one-off additional fee for the first maintenance if the situation requires it, for example because the unit is excessively dirty.
A premium agreement has a maximum term of 10 years from the date of manufacture. If your unit is older than 10 years, Zehnder reserves the right to propose a different type of maintenance contract with the applicable prices, conditions and benefits.
3. Invoicing and Payment
You will receive an invoice after the maintenance has been carried out. Payment must be made no later than 14 days after receipt of the invoice. If the scheduled service appointment cannot be carried out due to inaccessibility of the installation, late completion or absence of the occupant, a fee of £150.00 (including VAT) may be charged.

5. Price adjustment and early termination
Zehnder reserves the right to adjust the price of subsequent maintenance visits in the interim. In the event of a price increase, you have the right to terminate the agreement immediately from the moment it takes effect.

The agreement may be terminated at any time in accordance with the agreed termination rules. If you do not terminate the subscription, it will be automatically renewed. Zehnder reserves the right to terminate the subscription immediately if:

Depending on the subscription you have chosen, you will enjoy specific benefits, such as discounts on the purchase of filters and/or service parts, in accordance with the conditions stated on the website.
The consumer may terminate a service agreement and an agreement for the delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a tangible medium for a minimum of 14 days without giving reasons. Zehnder may ask the consumer for the reason for withdrawal, but may not oblige them to state their reason(s).
The cooling-off period mentioned above commences on the day following the conclusion of the agreement.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Zehnder Group XXXX ) of your decision to withdraw from the agreement by means of an unambiguous statement. Please use the following form for withdrawal.
If, during the withdrawal period, the performance has commenced with the consumer's express prior consent, we reserve the right to charge for the services already provided.
