Our Zehnder Care Basic package guarantees that your unit is operating at optimal performance by offering a regular service of your ventilation unit plus a 10% discount on Zehnder original filters via our Filtershop.
Our Zehnder Care Comfort package includes a recurring maintenance service to ensure the best performance of your complete ventilation system, plus a 10% discount on spare parts and an even larger discount of 20% on Zehnder original filters.
Our Zehnder Care Premium package offers you the most comprehensive protection for your ventilation system, including a comprehensive service where we leave filters to bridge the period until the next visit. You also receive a 20% discount in the filter webshop if you need different types of filters or want to use a different filter replacement frequency. Furthermore, replacement parts are free of charge and we do not charge any additional costs if we have to make an extra visit due to a defect.

With a Zehnder Care maintenance subscription, scheduling is effortless. You don’t need to remember annual appointments — our team will contact you to arrange a convenient date for the maintenance visit. It is easy to forget to schedule regular maintenance as recommended by the manufacturer. However, professional maintenance is your personal guarantee of fresh air and, at the same time, a prerequisite for claiming the service warranty. With our Zehnder maintenance packages, we ensure that professional maintenance is scheduled for you so that you can sit back and relax.

You don't have to do this yourself. With a maintenance package, we will contact you to arrange your maintenance appointments.
If you are unable to attend this appointment, please cancel by telephone (+XX-XXX) at least 3 working days before 3 p.m. We will then contact you to arrange a new appointment.
If we do not receive a cancellation from you or if Zehnder is unable to provide its services, a fixed fee of XX (including XX VAT) will be charged.
You will receive an invoice from us after the technician's visit.
You may cancel your maintenance contract after the first contract year, with a notice period of one month. To terminate your subscription, please contact our customer service team or use the cancel from.
Filter replacement is a standard part of every maintenance visit. Our service technicians check the filters and replace them to guarantee clean, healthy air and optimal system efficiency. Depending on your subscription, you may receive a complimentary filter set or a discount on original Zehnder filters via our webshop. Regular filter changes keep your ventilation unit running smoothly and energy-efficiently.
