Conceptually, Zehnder is following a double strategy with Dualis: "Firstly, we wanted the radiator to blend into the interior architecture of living areas and office areas - as part of the furniture of the room, and not as an installation object. Secondly, for ensuring a high energy efficiency, we selected materials that achieve a high efficiency with very small water volumes and low temperatures", explained Zehnder Managing Director Donat Feser. The Dualis therefore harmoniously combines the two materials aluminum and steel. The special eyecatcher is the wave-shaped aluminum radiation plate, which gives the Dualis its extraordinary appearance. The heart of the radiator beats hidden. A tube register of steel carries the heat and passes it to the aluminum front. From there, it is mainly emitted into the room as a pleasant radiation. At the same time, in designing the Dualis, the demands of the specialist for ease of installation have also been taken into account. When this model was designed, the low weight of the Zehnder Dualis is also advantageous as compared to a pure steel radiator for the installation.
As the radiator made-to-measure for the living area, Zehnder offers the Dualis both in the vertical as well as in horizontal shape in a total of 63 different designs. The vertical model is offered in heights from 1200 to 2000 mm and in lengths from 302 to 606 mm, the horizontal variant in heights from 302 to 910 mm at lengths from 1500 to 2200 mm.
In the designer radiator Dualis Plus, the heating radiator sculpture is specially oriented to the bathroom. Just like in the case of the Dualis, the Zehnder Dualis Plus also impresses with the radiation shield as an aluminum wave with characteristic appearance, here, with a vertical structure. The towel rail is the extra in comfort and utility. The subtle oval bracket in chrome can be installed at any desired height and in any quantity and hence matched to the individual application.
Zehnder offers the Dualis Plus in 12 different models. The sizes range from 1200 mm to 2000 mm height and from 302 mm to 606 mm in length. The narrow 300 mm length is particularly suitable for small bathrooms and guest WCs, where the little space available has to be used intelligently.
The Zehnder color card offers a free selection in the individual color design of the radiator surface. The design is rounded of by the decorative screens above and below in chromium: a premium-look and stylishly matched interplay with the sanitary fittings.
Despite the high demand, Zehnder-typical short delivery periods for the Dualis and the Dualis Plus can be expected.
