We are excited to have officially launched our new Customer Experience Centre at out UK headquarters in Camberley, Surrey which is designed to set out our mission to deliver healthy, comfortable and energy-efficient indoor climate solutions for residential, commercial and industrial sectors.
Collectively the experience showcases a world of indoor climate solutions including decorative radiators, radiant heating and cooling ceiling systems, passive house heat recovery ventilation and clean air solutions.

Products in situ are also plenty at the experience centre, as the fully operational commercial building, the centre allows specifiers to appreciate exactly how solutions will look, how they are controlled and how they make the environment feel - across open plan office areas, meeting rooms, break out areas and product design and testing areas.
Innovation and Technical Excellence
At the heart of the Customer Experience Centre, we have built ‘Flat 51’, a purpose-built 55m2 apartment fitted with the ultimate comfortable indoor climate system for the modern home. For the first time, heating, cooling, ventilation and humidity levels are managed by one convenient user control and all that is needed is to set the desired comfort temperature and no matter what is going on outside, the system it will take care of everything to deliver comfort.
This ground-breaking new approach to achieving a comfortable indoor climate is ideal for modern, airtight buildings and where overheating may now be an issue. The system brings together key building services that currently are controlled independently. What sets Flat 51 apart is the introduction of humidity control – because in reality is not possible to be truly comfortable unless humidity in controlled. By integrating the latest heating, ventilation and de/humidification technology, we have found the solution to comfort throughout the year.
The Customer Experience Centre is also a place to share and exchange knowledge from across a wide range of sectors and applications as well as setting out the story and development of indoor climate solutions from the past to the present and where it is heading, especially in modern energy efficient buildings.
